Shipping Policy

We hand make each and every item that is purchased from our shop.  Because of this and the fact that this is still not a full time job, there is a little extra time in processing. You can expect a 5-7 day turnaround, but sometimes it's as fast as 3 days.

There may be instances when items purchased are sold out/unavailable on the same day of purchase, in this case we will contact you to advise that this has happened and of what action needs to be taken. Orders are subject to availability and Paws&Licks reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason, including due to unavailability.




Rarely, an International package may be held by customs which then produces a customs or tariff fee - that is not included in the shipping cost and we do not take any responsibility for this payment.

Notice that Paws&Licks is not responsible for deliveries returned or rejected because of an invalid, insufficient, old or improper address provided by the furstomer, natural disasters or occurrences, transportation delays or strikes, customs, or other. Please ensure that you double check the address on your order, as we will not be able to resend your items without a new shipping cost being billed to your Human.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen orders. Once your package leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it. By purchasing you adhere to these conditions.

In the unlikely event your tracking order has not arrived or has arrived damaged, you can look to make a claim on CTT website. Please contact us for any details they require to assist with your claim. The outcome of this claim is out of our control and we are unable to make any influence on the carriers decision.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Paws&Licks we want you to be 100% satisfied, but due to the custom made - made to order nature of our products items we can only refund damaged or faulty items. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or faulty this may be returned for a replacement or full refund (excluding shipping costs). You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel via email, with details and a photo of the issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible. The item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving our reply in order to be replaced/refunded.

Please ensure to double check your sizing before placing an order, you can always reach out to us for help. If your order arrives and you notice you ordered the incorrect size - we will accept a return in exchange for a shop credit for the value of the item(s) purchased (excluding shipping costs) only. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel via email and we will get back to you as soon as possible with details on how to make a return. The item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving our reply in order to be accepted. Your Human is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned accessories must be in the condition sold. Goods must be unused, in pawrfect condition and remain in a re-saleable state so we recommend a careful indoor try. 

Credit Notes are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued to you and can only be redeemed in a single transaction for the designated amount or greater. They are not valid to be redeemed with any other promotions. Delivery charges will apply.
